Community Information Services

Volunteer Participation

Many community members are involved in volunteer work in our agency. Some of our programs are run on volunteer support alone. Volunteers are therefore a very valued component of our staff and are greatly appreciated. Volunteer recognition events are held periodically. For more information on how to become a volunteer, please call our office and we will send the necessary documentation to you.

Computer Basics

Introduces and orients newcomers to computers in a non-threatening environment. Clients familiarize themselves with and learn how to use other office equipment in preparation for working in an automated office environment.
