Community Development and Engagement Program

 

African Community Services provides community programs to enhance the ideals of community development and engagement to enable a stronger sense of belonging and investment in their respective communities. The agency staff participate in various networking and collaborative initiatives and is instrumental in the steering committees of networks such as BCAN, BCAC, CASIS, PLC, PCAWA etc. In addition, ACS actively recruits community members to participate in local initiative that improve community harmony and safety such as the annual Race against Racism that is held in Peel, community forums etc.
